Great rug
I am not quite sure exactly how to rate this, hence the 3 stars. The rug is great! Pretty! So stinking soft to walk on in bare feet! Water beads up on it. Awesome price! It’s a great rug! I ordered an 8×10. That was the size I needed & wanted. I got a box that said it was an 8×10. The rug I pulled out was a 9.5×12. I contacted the company. They took their sweet time getting back to me, so I contacted Amazon. Amazon suggested exchanging it. I felt like that wasn’t going to fix my problem, but I tried it. Before the new rug showed up the company offered me a discount on a rug straight from them with a discount in the correct size. I waited on the exchange from Amazon. Low & behold I once again got another 9.5×12. It’s nice, but it’s just a bit big for my needs. So, I contacted the company again. They offered me a 15% discount on a purchase straight from them. I thought I’d go for that & give my son the bigger rug. Problems solved. Well… I get another email offering me a free rug in the correct size. WOW! I was a happy camper! So, a couple days later I get an email from the company asking for a picture of the box that said my 9.5×12 rug was marked 8×10. This is now 5 days after I had decided to give my son the bigger rug & purchase the correct size with a discount. That box had been hauled to the cardboard recycling bin at my local dump (because I am a responsible adult). I offered to take a picture of me measuring the too big rug, but I can’t take a picture of a box I no longer have. I was then told they would have to consider the situation & get back to me. That was like a week ago. No more word from the company & still living with a rug that is bigger than I want. I’d say if you want a 9.5×12, order an 8×10! It’s cheaper & you’ll likely get the rug you want.Customer service has gotten back to me. They have bent over backwards to help me now. I am getting a replacement in the correct size. Once again, I can’t say how much I love this rug. It truly is a wonderful rug! It is so pretty & incredibly soft. Water just beads up on it. For some reason dog’s prefer to puke on rugs rather than vinyl planking. Max hasn’t done that yet, but I feel certain he will & this will be SO MUCH BETTER than my last rug when he does! So much easier to clean.

Great value
I love this rug. After refinishing our homes hard wood floors we wanted to cover them in high traffic areas so we picked several rugs out and ordered them. We also wanted to place a rug in our bedroom, not only for the esthetics but to keep the heat in during winters and also keep the beds rollers from scuffing our new floors. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money because other rugs we had ordered online, from other vendors had some issues, mainly the colors portrayed were not what we got. Thus, our apprehension in not wanting to spend a lot of money. However,we were greatly relieved when we received this rug. The colors are beautiful and exactly as portrayed. The rug is thinner than what I think most people are used to but I love that aspect of it, you don’t feel like you’re walking above the floor and that makes for a sure-footed step. As you get older that’s a plus. Yet, the rug is soft and feels really nice under your feel. It lays flat so you don’t have to worry about catching an edge when stepping onto it. Another thing is that I layed this rug out by myself. Because it isn’t bulky or as heavy as many other rugs (we purchsed the 8′ x 10′) I was able to unfurl and adjust its positioning without help. And the best part is that it looks high-end, the edging is well done, the pattern is consistent and the colors are lovely. We’re now going to get the matching runners.

Love these rugs
These rugs are awesome. I have a dog and two cats and they frequently throw up hair balls (the cats), vomit food, or pee on rugs (she’s a little dog) so it got to a point where I thought I’d need to remove every rug in my home and have no rugs but just a bare floor. However, these rugs are home washable and while size over 8×5 will probably need to go to the community laundromat, I no longer need to worry about throwing out my rugs. I’m planning to replace every single old rug in my house with these ones. So far I’ve purchased five of them. Trust me…they are SOFT and they feel awesome on your feet. They are made well and they look great on the floor. The price is amazing for the quality that you get. I love these rugs. I’m just happy I can sling them in the washer. They are the best thing since sliced bread. Don’t hesitate to buy them.

Beautiful big rug
Beautiful big rug! Very soft, we love it. It has a rubber backing so it helps with slipping. It’s thiner than a regular rug and washable too. It did arrive in a square box. I was surprised. But there was no wrinkles and I’d buy another for my other room. Specially for this amazing price.

Solid choice for young kiddos and animals!
I did not expect this rug to be so incredibly soft, I love it. Makes getting on the floor with the kiddos cozier! This CAN be washed by you but only if you have a washer big enough to hold it according to the size that you have. We have two kids and two dogs and I think this has held up pretty darn well. It is not as sturdy as you typically associate for rugs but I enjoy that. I’m not ending up with curled corners or if it gets stuck under a chair bunched up for days without being noticed, it’s easy to flatten right back out.My reason for wanting to possibly leave 1 star is being able to feel every crumb/dirt/item that falls on it. It’s a win because when you vacuum it, it really down leave anything behind because it doesn’t settle in but we have to vacuum every day with the stage of life we are in with our young kiddos and dogs. LolAnother downfall – we can’t use our shark vacuum on it. The thinness of the material sucks right up in it. We do however have a cordless stick vacuum for our hardwood floors and that is amazing for it so I only encourage if you have that!

Great rug!!
Absolutely stunning rug. Great quality, design and colors at an excellent price! Make note that it is NOT a plush rug, but a very thin, ultra soft rug.
