Beautiful Effect, But You’ll Need More Than One Box
I bought the Adecorty Meteor Shower Outdoor Christmas Lights and originally ordered two boxes to decorate one of our large front-yard trees. I quickly realized that one box doesn’t go very far at all, which was a bit disappointing—so I ended up ordering several more to get the full look I wanted. For the price, though, I guess that’s to be expected.Once fully installed, they look really beautiful and create a great meteor shower effect. We’ve had them hanging for about two months now, and they are all still working perfectly with no issues at all.They’ve also held up impressively through very heavy rain, which we’ve had a lot of this year, so durability hasn’t been a concern.Overall, they’re great lights, just be aware you’ll likely need more boxes than you think, especially for larger trees or areas. Once you have enough, they’re reliable, weather-resistant, and very eye-catching.

So pretty!For the price, the falling rain/snow/meteor (depending on color and your imagination) effect of these lights is fantastic. The lights fire in sequence down the tube, looking like a rain, snow or rainbow meteor shower. When you first turn them on, they are synced up, but the longer they remain lit, they fall out of sequence and fall into a pattern of falling rain, which looks very cool and unique.I would not recommend for outdoor use as others have stated, without additional protection for the ac adapter. Very nice and inexpensive lighting good for holiday, wedding, or just overall mood lighting.There many different sellers of this product which all seem to come from the same manufacturer. The only difference in them would be price and the quality of customer service of the vendor you choose to order from. I am happy purchasing these lights from this seller, they’ve done a good job.Edit 1: After using these lights (indoors only) for 4-6 hours/day 2-4 nights a week, one tube on the blue set has started to malfunction. The rest still work well and even in the malfunctioning tube the rain effect still works, albeit with some glitches (one light is burnt out and a few others half-fire like an echo). It could just be a rare glitch, LED lights aren’t perfect yet and the blue ones are most prone to malfunction out of any color (in my experience). My colored set is still working perfectly.Edit 2 (11/9/2016): After updating my review, the seller contacted me to offer a replacement at no additional cost to me. I was happy and surprised to be PROACTIVELY offered a replacement. That’s some pretty good customer service, I must say!I got the replacement today (It shipped in far less time than the 10-14 day estimate they gave me). The set lights up perfectly and works beautifully. I have noticed one change in the replacement over the old one. The ac adapter has been changed and it looks sturdier than the older model. I still would bet it is not waterproof and if you intend to use these lights outdoors, please use caution and protect the ac adapter from moisture, and make sure you secure the lights/wires safely if they will be exposed to high winds, as the electric cord is not very sturdy and the weight of the LED tubes can cause them to sway in a wind (causing potential damage to the wires). This is general common sense for ANY outdoor decorative lighting.I am setting up my holiday display for the season and am very happy I will be able to include the rain lights in my display. They really do look awesome.

Not meant for your house
I saw these on the neighbors palm trees, and I wanted to order them from my house up north after purchasing them and installing them around the house on the gutters. I realize they are meant for trees but they’re still really nice. I wish they were spaced a lot closer together and not so much extra cord they were a lot easier to install unlike the icicle hanging ones that get tangled up are.

I bought these tree lights even though they were a bit expensive and the string only comes with 8 lights in total. Even with the small number of lights, they look beautiful and give off a warm, bright glow. The quality feels premium, the lights are sturdy, and they add a really cozy touch to my tree. They are pricey for the amount you get, but the look and quality make them worth it.
