PM J Title: Disappointed with the Quality and Performance
I was excited to get this decorative silent quartz wall clock because of its modern design, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The clock is not very silent as advertised; I can hear ticking sounds. Also, the build quality feels cheap, and it stopped working properly within a few weeks.Not recommended if you want a reliable and quiet clock.

Clock is Great, Instructions not so much
Pluses: Great looking clock. 2 sets of hands, black and silver, keeps time well. Best mounting bracket I’ve ever seen, mark the spot/hold the bracket and bang it a few times with a hammer, perfect! Minuses: The instructions are horrible. First, they are written by a non-English speaking person. Second, they are “universal” so I think that means they can be used for multiple clocks that the company makes for example the battery – this model takes 2 and the instructions call for 1, specifically carbon zinc or heavy duty but absolutely not alkaline. (in all my years of putting together children’s toys and big people toys included a few other clocks, I’ve never seen a product not recommend alkaline batteries). This clock has a pendulum, not sure if it’s working correctly. It only moves about an inch from side to side. The word “pendulum” is not mentioned in the instructions. The top end of it has a hook to connect it but no instructions or illustration on which way the hook goes, from the front or back onto the clock. There is very little space between the pendulum and the wall and not sure if one direction is better than the other. A Note states: Observe whether the travel time gear rotates normally after installing the battery. Not sure if this refers to the pendulum. A few lines down it states: “If the gears still does not turn the movement….you can beat the movement with your hand for several times”!!!! The clock is on the wall running, maybe I’ll take it down one day and see if something’s stuck.

Wonderful clock beautiful..pay attention to the batteries or it won’t work. Once we bought correct batteries (no acaline battiers) works great.

Very nice looking clock. I was a little disappointed on the size because I thought it was gonna be a lot bigger, but they count all the way down to the decorative arm as being part of the clock dimensions. But very nice quality.
