Inexpensive but works well
This tray is not heavy duty and the plastic is not particularly thick. As long as you don’t lean on it, put something insanely heavy on it, or have something heavy clip it I think it should last. I don’t imagine it would break easy but it is designed to hold 35 lbs. and I don’t think it would be able to hold much more than that. I put my C-PAP machine on it and it held it well without any issues so I am pleased. The mechanism that holds it to the bed is just two metal screws held in place by plastic so once again it isn’t going to be terribly durable so if you hit it hard I imagine it would damage or break the plastic holding it so make sure you put it somewhere where you won’t accidentally hit it. You could also use it for a “breakfast-in-bed” like the picture shows and just remove it when not in use. It is fairly easy to attach once you get it to approximately the size you need. The price of this tray is pretty cheap so I would say it is nice considering the low price. I think it would be better if it was $10 more and had thicker plastic or made from metal because then it would likely take a bit of abuse. It does exactly what I need it to do so I am pleased with it.

Nice Solution For RV Cabover Bed, A Few Issues
When camping in our RV, I like to be able to have some water, or other drink, or snack when laying down in the cabover bed; unfortunately, the only place to put these items is on the bed itself. I have been looking for a solution to this for a while and this bedside shelf goes a long way to solving this. The shelf itself is light and constructed of what looks to be sturdy ABS plastic, and the shelf is solid (no flex). It hooks over the edge of the bed and clamps into place. Once clamped on it provides a sturdy ‘floating’ shelf that works well for holding cups, bottles, boos, phones, glasses…you get the picture. It even has a half-inch lip all the way around, so things can’t be easily ‘slid’ off. The fact that it is removable is a huge plus, as where I have it does hang over the dining seating area. It does work well. This unit does have some cons however. First: it is small, measuring 12-1/2 inches by 9-1/8 inches. It just fits my 10 in iPad, with no room for pretty much anything else; this means a hardback book will fit with the same caveat. Second: this unit uses thumbscrews to tighten its clamps down, and there is not much room under the unit, so tightening it is challenging; a little more room would have been nice. Third (and lastly): the shelf has two large cut-outs on it that seem to have no real purpose as far as I can tell (I do have an idea though), but I can tell you this: if I spill something on it the lips will contain it on the shelf, only to have the cut-outs allow it to drain directly underneath the tale onto the floor (or whatever is there). This is a disappointing design flaw in my opinion. It can be ‘fixed’ by using tape, but why should I have to do this?Overall, I give this three stars. On the (very) positive side it solves a problem I have struggled with, and solves it well. However, the cons are real and do detract from this units rating. I do recommend this, and I would get it again, but you need to keep my caveats in mind.

Nice and convenient
If you don’t have a ledge for this table to clamp onto, this table will not work for you.I don’t want to show my messy bedroom, so I’m not showing it all set up, but this thing is so convenient and it’s very easy to install. Just tighten the clamps along the bed frame and that’s it.I have a very small bedside table, and I can’t fit much on it besides my lamp. This table is great to hold my water, phone, sleep mask, and other odds and ends. There are two slots on each end of the tray so you can run a charging cord up through it. It feels very stable, and I’m not worried about things falling off. Overall it’s a great addition to my evening/morning routine.

Great for a phone, not much else
It’s fine ig. You can’t give much leverage to the screws but ig that’s by design cuz the brace on the other side would break. It can’t hold a big drink and I bet if your arm fell from the bed, it would pop it outta place. What it has on it seems like max capacity. I don’t wanna break it so idk for sure. It’s not stiff tho at all. Prolly abs. No gfr and thin. If you just need a place to put your phone then it’s perfect

Small Shelf, Big Convenience!
I am using this bedside shelf on a metal frame bed, and the installation could not have been easier. It took almost no time to set up, and once it was attached, it felt solid and secure right away.I regularly keep a 30 oz water bottle, my phone, and a notebook on it, and it handles the weight with zero issues. There is no wobble at all, even when bumped or pushed. It feels very sturdy and well designed for everyday use and can hold quite a bit. This shelf has been a perfect solution for my space. My bedroom door is directly next to the bed, so a traditional side table is not an option. Being able to slide this shelf into place so easily has been amazing, and it gives me exactly what I need without taking up floor space.Overall, I really love this little side table. It is simple, strong, and incredibly practical, especially for small or awkward bedroom layouts.

Convenient Idea, But Could Be Stronger
I really wanted to love this because it’s such a smart solution for small spaces, especially for dorms and bunk beds. It holds the basics like a phone, remote, and charger just fine, and the cable organizer is a nice touch when you’re tired of cords dangling everywhere. The issue is it doesn’t feel as sturdy as it should for the price, and it can shift depending on how your bed frame is built. It works, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything heavier or expect it to feel premium.
