Durable, clear, no flicker… fantastic lighitng.
Smartly packaged, and sturdy construction. Bulbs almost looks like glass (which is fantastic),but is a durable plastic. They are durable and very clear. Light is bright and slightly warm and most importantly… NO FLCKER!!! The light is as steady and warm as from an incandescent bulb, but as durable and efficient as LED. Should be the standard for LED lights. Only one was a dud, but the rest are very strong. Suggest getting a few extra bulbs. Have only had then for 3 days, but the construction and plastic look solid and should last the heat and rain we have here.

Great set of Outdoor String Lights
This set of string lights is really nice. It was packed in a box with the cord and sockets separate from the bulbs. All the bulbs were in their own packaging that was easy to access and screw into each socket. I got four extra bulbs. I bought this with a outdoor dimmer and it really sets the mood. We can keep them dim when enjoying the night or turn them up bright if we have people over. The bulbs appear to be a hard plastic, so I don’t have to worry about them breaking like glass bulbs. They are all LED and look like the old filament bulbs when lit. We have had rain and strong winds and these bulbs stay in place. I would recommend them to anyone. The bulbs are spaced a foot a part, so it looks much nicer than the set I tried where the bulbs were two foot apart.

Exactly what I was looking for
The cord on these is a light duty flat lamp cord which is exactly what I wanted. I first purchased some that had a cord that was heavy and round like an extension cord but I didn’t like the look and the bulb spacing was too far apart. Bulb spacing on these is 12″ which is about as close together as I could find. One reviewer said the bulb color was too white. I disagree. I think the bulb color is a nice warm color. It was advertised at 2200K and I believe that looks accurate. The bulbs are fairly bright but it’s all about what you are looking for. It lights up my patio pretty well but I used 95 bulbs on a 12 X 16 patio in a zig zag pattern. All the bulbs lit with no issues. I haven’t bought a dimmer but I believe you can dim these with an aftermarket dimmer. I read some of the reviews where people used the Treatlife Outdoor Dimmer that is about thirty dollars. I think when people say they aren’t dimmable they mean that they don’t come with a dimmer. Also I read some reviews that people said the bulbs got water in them. I don’t even see how that is possible. Mine have been through a few very heavy thunderstorms and no issues. In the daytime I have noticed that the plastic on the bulb is thicker on the bottom and in the light it looks like they have water in them but it is just how they look when the light shines on them in fact my wife thought it was water but it was not.

Great Warm String Lights
I purchased three 100ft strings of these lights to illuminate our ceremony and dinner space. We got married in a commercial barn that was remodeled to look like a western saloon on the outside, and a little western town on the inside. I had a vision of the town in the movie, “Big Fish,” where string lights were hung overhead, and these lights worked perfectly for that vision!I can’t speak too much to durability as we’ve only used these once, but the bulbs themselves are a strong plastic, which makes them less prone to breaking. We definitely dropped a few strands and had no issues at all with broken bulbs. They do provide extra bulbs as well as fuses in case they’re needed in the future. The plastic bulbs were also great as they made the strands very lightweight. They were just heavy enough to create a pretty swag, but light enough that we were able to put these on poles in buckets with sand without worrying about them tipping.Though these are LED, they are a true warm look, which was essential for our wedding vibe. They also didn’t give off that flicker that LED lights sometimes do.These were perfect, and if I need any more lights like this in the future, I would definitely purchase again.

Good lights, but bulbs are not all the same color
Overall I’m happy with these lights. I purchased both a 100 ft strand and two 50 ft strands. My only complaint is that the 50 ft strands have noticeably warmer color bulbs than the 100 ft strand did. I put each color bulb next to each other in the picture to show what I’m talking about (100ft bulb on the left, 50 ft bulb on the right). Its very odd since both listings state that they are 2700K. Also, I’m not sure how well the plastic bulbs will hold up in the sun over time as opposed to glass.

I was not expecting how bright the whole string would be – but I guess 200 bulbs of any wattage eventually adds up. Not complaining though! Only 1 bulb was non-functioning at installation – I was expecting worse. Good purchase all around from my perspective.

Really? Really? Tiny Miniature Lights – Not As Expected – HARD PASSLooking for a nice set of warm LED lights to replace my current string of Patio Lights; ones with plastic bulbs as opposed to glass so if one falls/breaks due to a branch falling I don’t have to pick up glass shards. These seem well reviewed and thought they would do the trick. However, when they arrived I was shocked by the size – they’re about half the size of the bulbs I was expecting. Really? Really? Yes, half the size of ‘standard’ patio bulbs with smaller LED (see pictures). Tiny little circular bulbs with a circular diameter of 1”-1.25”. The wire gauge is also extremely small, especially for a 100′ string. Very unimpressed. I’ve been buying patio light strings for 20+ years (new every 3-4 years) but never come across a string this poorly made, especially for a big 100′ run. I’m so very unimpressed with these. They’d be ok for a small chain 25’ chain setup, but if you’re looking to string out a medium to large deck (ie 100’) they look a too small/miniature to create the right effect IMO and the gauge wire is too thin. They’re so small you could use them to decorate a small 5’ tree. See pictures of them compared to my current and previous lights. Again, size and gauge ok for a 25’ string, but not skookum for a 100’ string.Final Thought: So very unimpressed with the size, quality and value of these lights. Far too small for a large string and very poor value IMO. Confused and very unimpressed. Definitely not as expected, and would not recommend them for anything other than a very small 25’ quaint setup. Check out the picks and decide for yourselves.
