The tree is lovely except that one of the fonts was broken off. After deciding to return it for a replacement I realized the packing box was left out in the rain and unusable again.I positioned the broken fond in the back, so now I am stuck with the tree. It really is a nice full tree and except for one glitch, I like it.

Nice Little Palm Tree !
I really like this palm tree. It looks real and it moves with the breeze like a real palm. I can hear the leaves rustle in the breeze and it’s soothing. There’s a lot of little details and colors that make it look authentic and natural. It’s sturdy too, able to handle the Arizona sun and wind just fine. I sprayed it with a sun fabric protectant to ensure that it will keep its color from the hot desert sun. It’s just wide enough to block my neighbor’s view of my porch where I sit and read. I let my Frenchie in the pic to show a size reference.

Awful and fake looking
Honestly wish I had returned it when I had the chance. It’s shiny, sparse and sloppily constructed. Mine looked like something you’d buy at a party store for a themed birthday or Halloween event lol You have to be blind to think this looks “natural”.

Very Impressive- I’m Pleased
I purchased two of the Golden Cane Palms. They arrived in very long boxes. There is no need to attach a top section, as stated in the description. In my photos, the one on the left is how it looked straight out of the box. The one on the right is after I untied the bands, removed the wrap on the bottom, and spent maybe 5 minutes slightly bending the base of each frond. Bending these was much easier than the leaves on the [‘Pure Garden 50-10016 Giant Agave Fake Plant’] I bought a few months ago. In my opinion, the palms I have are not as full as the one in the advertising photo- but they look better, a whole lot better, than the spindly ones I found locally in this price range. I cannot figure out how exactly they make the claim of these having “333 palm leaves”. I count 5 fronds on the smallest, a few more on the middle size, and 12 on the tallest, totaling about 2 dozen. Each of the fronds has 30-40 individual leaves, depending on size, so the count of those would be far more than 333.The stalk/canes (there are 3) aren’t very believable upon close inspection, but they are fine at a few paces back. The fronds wave nicely in the breeze, very realistic looking. I want some ceramic pots to place these in on our deck, then cover with river rocks to anchor them, however I haven’t yet found pots I like (and I feel are worth the cost). Since even a gentle wind kept knocking the palms over, I have these zip-tied to the posts for the time being. I noticed that the price has increased 25 dollars since I made my purchase, not sure I would buy two if doing so at the current price.

The Palm Tree is beautiful, but….
After getting it out of the box, placing it the room where I wanted it, I was so happy. It looked beautiful and great where I put it. So then I removed the small box at the base of the palm. And low and behold it had mold/mildew in the moss. It quickly filled the whole room and made it stink. I tried to figure out how to contact the seller…. but to no avail. I didn’t want to return it because it’s so beautiful, i just wanted the seller to know about it. I removed all the moss after spraying it with mold/mildew remover. The next morning I put it out in the sun hoping that if any mold/mildew was still present, the sun would kill it! I’m leaving it outside all afternoon while the sun is the brightest. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt like customers should be aware. I really wished I had opened it in my garage, as I’m still waiting for the bedroom to stop smelling like mold/mildew.

I purchased two of these. One came without the insert to give the plant the required height and volume. I immediately went online to do a return. The company provided me with a return label (at no cost), and I also had the option to order a replacement. The return and replacement process was so seamless and efficient and I got the replacement within a week!!The plant is as described… NEARLY NATURAL and beautiful. Everyone that comes over asks if it’s natural. The plants are full and greatly enhance the ambiance of my dining room.I highly recommend this product. Five stars all around!

I was nervous purchasing this palm considering the amount of bad reviews about artificially trees out there and the cost, but as we travel too much to allow real plants to survive I decided to take a chance and trust the majority of reviews that this was the least risky.It came in two days as promised and I’ve attached photos for you to see how it was packaged and the stages in setting it up. It probably took me about 5-10mins, you can easily shape the branches the way you want and there were very few leaves that were creased from the box. Looks pretty good! And paired next to my other real plant it looks quite believable! Of course you can tell it’s fake if you walk up to it, but I wouldn’t say it was bad/an eye sore! I’ve put it in a clean white pot and placed some moss over the top to give it a nice finishing. Worth the price. Really happy with the palm!

A veces olvido que no es natural. Me gusta como se ve y tiene buen tamaño. Sin embargo, el empaque en el que viene no está bien protegido; la maceta de plástico venía quebrada, aunque por su tipo se entiende que está diseñado para que se ponga dentro de otra maceta más vistosa. Uno de los tallos hay que ensamblarlo para que quede más alto pero es algo sencillo, el detalle es que por la falta de un buen empaque, ese tallo de la base estaba flojo y se iba de lado, tuve que insertar algunas maderitas en la base de hielo seco alrededor del tallo para afianzarlo.
