Soft and soothing light
I got this for my mom’s room and it’s been a really lovely addition. She prefers having light in her space, but doesn’t like it coming from a lamp or the TV. The ambient glow from this projector is perfect — calming, gentle, and not harsh on the eyes. The ocean wave effect is very soothing and fills the room with soft, moving light. She enjoys switching between the colors depending on her mood, and the remote makes it easy for her to adjust brightness or change modes without getting up. It creates a peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evening. The cube design looks modern and simple, not bulky or childish, and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s lightweight and easy to move around if needed. Overall, this has been a great way to add comforting light to her room, and she genuinely enjoys it. A wonderful option if you’re looking for ambient lighting rather than a traditional lamp.

Very relaxing.
This projector light has the power to be super bright as well as the option to have it super dim. It sort of looks like a giant ice cube and it has little things inside that move to project the look of saves in the color onto your walls and ceiling. It has a remote which makes it super easy to choose between colors and be able to dim and brighten it. It’s pretty small In size so it takes up minimal space. It is powered by a USB a cord so you can plug it into the wall or use a portable power bank. The colors are super pretty and the look of waves make this light extremely relaxing. I love to wind down the evening with it. It does not make any noise what so ever either!

nice. Has some great features and throws a great light show
I’ve been searching for the holy grail of wave projector lights… This is probably the best one so far, with a few caveats.First, the colors are great. It’s the full array of standard colors plus a few different shades in between thrown in.Second, the remote is easy to figure out and use and you don’t need to hold it two inches from the light to make it work like one of the others I’ve tried.Third, the lights reflect across the ceiling (assuming it’s upright) and partway down the walls instead of just overhead.Fourth, because the bulb is encased in the cube, some of the violently bright light (they’re all like that) is diffused and not so retina-charring.Fifth, it’s cool looking; it’s reminiscent of the blue power cube in the superhero movie in which a blue-eyed golden god saves the universe. Can I name IPs? I dunno, but this works…Now, what I don’t like is that it only works while plugged in, and the cord is kind of short, so unless you want it almost against the wall, you have to have a USB extension or a block on an extension cord.I hate to use the word cheap but it feels really cheap. I don’t expect fancy antique glass at this price point, but it’s just not a great takeaway. The base could have been done better to perhaps show off the cube in a better light. I don’t like the ugly tan plastic at all.It would probably throw waves down the walls more if the lens in it were either lower or on a wider rotation. The light is retina-charring on occasion, just not as bad as all the others because it’s obscured. The white is like a small sun, burning through your lids… yikes. It is quite large for what it is; I don’t know if that’s good or bad. When it cycles through colors, it has some chosen patterns or it’s solid colors. There’s not like a warm range and a cool range. You’re a bit limited as to what you can choose.Overall, it’s much better than some but I’m still looking… maybe this is the best I will find. It’s most definitely not a bad version. It looks really cool on the walls and ceiling, the colors are great, the wavy pattern on the clear housing throws a fantastic pattern all around, and it does give more complete coverage than the ones that are just a round housing over the colored LEDs. I don’t think you’d be disappointed; I’m not, it’s just not exactly what I want, which may not even exist…

Light is not constant
This wave projector is made of a smooth, glossy plastic that feels solid and well-made. The rotating lens inside is protected by a clear plastic dome. The internal lights and motor feel securely housed. All the materials feel high-quality and durable for a decorative lamp. It has a nice weight and a reliable feel, like an ambient lighting product that will work well for a long time.

Stunning! Great addition to my toddler’s bath time!
This light projects stunning effects on the ceiling. We put it in the bathroom and it has added loads of fun and excitement to bath time for my toddler. She thinks it’s the most beautiful thing she’s ever seen. I play the calmer songs from the Bluey soundtrack and put on her bubble machine and we call them “party baths”. Not only are they lots of fun for her, but I can also use them as a bribe/reward for good behavior and cooperation. “Let’s settle down for nap time nd when you wake up we’ll have a party bath!” “Let me brush your teeth and hair and then we’ll take a party bath!” Works like a charm!

Low glow slow ambient effect light
This lamp makes a nice slow ripple effect. On some colors like white it has a slight prismatic effect separating the individual colors a bit. It’s design shines an LED straight up; therefore, the effect is most prominent on the ceiling, there is a lot of light that comes out the sides, but it is more indirect and dimmer. There is a side with a dimmer section than the others, likely from the motor axle.It has very limited controls and capabilities with it’s remote, a few simple effects and colors. What I wish it had was a water color fade, moving between blues and teals, but it just had the standard RGB sequences. The IR receiver does mean you can do some smarter things with a different IR controller. The capacitive button on the front can be a little fiddly, but it’s nice to have and does work for quick mode changes, or more commonly to turn it on and off. The lamp does remember the previous mode it was in when turned off, as long as it doesn’t loose power.Looks like at one point in the design it may have had an 18650 battery, this version is wired only, with it’s built in 30 inch USBA cable, it uses about 2 watts at full brightness white.
