Smart pet planter
Absolutely the cutest thing in my office cubicle right next to my baby Yoda items! HahaEveryone thinks it is cute and cool. I do wish it was easier to attach a new network as we change out our password every 4-6 months. The plants do get over watered even when I pick the plant from the list so it will auto water so it had in the beginning killed off a could small plants. So far I have put a couple clippings of my wondering Jew in it and it has been doing great for 6 months now! The pice is high for this little guy which is why I have not gone back and purchase a few more or even any as office gifts unfortunately

Never worked from day one
Very frustrating. Does not work. Even when plugged in it says “Low Battery” and shuts off. Battery never charges. Completely unusable. Never worked. I bought this during the pre-christmas sales and now it’s too late to return. Very irritating.

Steer clear, doesn’t work. Update- new one is working just fine
I received this as a Christmas gift. It was cute at first but I’ve had nothing but problems with it. I tried a basic, easy growing pathos in it first but it never registered the water correctly and kept asking for more. The plant ended up dying. I have no problems growing plants from cuttings in non-smart pots. I took a break, changed out the soil and tried again with a spider plant, again a super easy plant to grow. Now all it does is ask for 80ml of water. The thing only holds 50ml up to the rim. I’ve tried taking the plant out, filling it with water, resetting it, nothing will get rid of the screen saying it needs more water. The battery drains super quickly, doesn’t even last a few hours, so I have to keep it plugged in. Not too big of a deal but I need an extra long cable to reach it. Pots tethered to a cord are a little cumbersome. Overall, cute idea just wish it worked correctly. It’s advertised as a smart pot that can sense plant needs based on the type of plant. In reality it’s a teeny tiny planter with a bulky look and a weird, seldomly working screen.————-Update: seller reached out and sent a new one after trying to troubleshoot the old one. The new Ivy is working great so far. I was even able to upload my own picture to the screen. I’m so glad it no longer begs for water when it doesn’t need any. I still wouldn’t use it as a “smart pot” and rely on it to tell me when to water. It’s still a small pot for most plants so beware of that. But it’s working so far for a newly rooted spider plant. It is really cute and fun to watch the expressions.

Cuteness at your disposal
This was the perfect gift for my wife since she loves taking care of plants. And this literally feels like you have to, but with more rewards (the smiles) and more action (the caresses). It makes you happy when you see it Ivy smiling. The app works great, and it was super easy to connect and setup. Funny thing that for Halloween it showed the evil pumpkin face, so Ivy is also very funny and can make your day start better. I cant wait to see its face at Christmas

This products English can be a bit funny. 11th was shown as “11st” . That was kinda embarrassing to learn after i gave it to an English teacher. And not many plants are supported, so I had to select something that was remotely close to the Asparagus Fern which I planted on it.It’s a great product nevertheless. If you don’t want to see the emoji face, then you can always update it to show clock or calender or even weather.You need to use the “Tuya” app for setting it up properly, and the app can help to give you more monitoring info.
