The rug arrived quickly. It was rolled in plastic to protect it. After removing the protective plastic we reverse rolled the rug so that the slight amount of creases/folds/etc. would be reduced. After a couple of hours the rug was placed correctly, and most of the unevenness had disappeared. There was a slight smell when initially opened, but this disapaited quickly. The thickness of the carpet is probably close to low vs medium. The colors are vibrant, and appear to be very close to the photographs shown on the Amazon listing page.Cannot say much about wear/tear at this point, but for $349 a 10 x 12 foot rug of this quality is wonderful.

Soft but too light
I was skeptical ordering a rug online without being able to see or feel it but im glad I did. Rug is soft and i liked the design. It is easy to unfold (I do recommend folding it backwards for the night to avoid curves at edges) and light to set up.4 starts only because it’s so light that it moves outta place. I wish it came with some edges to attach to stick to floor. We do have a rocking chair on one side of it preventing it from moving around. However if you do not plan on having anything on it holding it down, you will need something underneath it to “hook” or “stick” to the floor.

Perfect for my (dog) needs!!
I’m a repeat customer of this brand rug. This time, I needed a larger size…for my kitchen. I have older laminate flooring in the kitchen, joining dining room, and attached hallway. It’s basically formica, same as a countertop, and VERY SLIPPERY for fur babies.Over the years I’ve had to place runners and rugs, like islands, from doors to the carpeted living areas. …so my dogs could walk safely. My current pup is an 18 month old Pitty Lab mix, about 75 lbs. As he’s grown, the floor has become increasingly slippery for him (calloused pads?), to the point he almost refuses to walk into the kitchen.This rug is 6’6″ square, which works perfectly for our needs. 1 corner is a little off, but not enough to exchange it. It’s on the thin side, but made well. It perfect for the kitchen, IMHO.It was a bit rippley when unrolled. I spent about 30 minutes rolling it backwards and sideways until it was almost flat. I left it overnight, despite being quite slidey…even when cats ran across it. I had planned to use silicone caulk on the back to make it stay in place as I usually do, but due to the large size and cure time, I used carpet tape instead. I may regret it later, but for now, the rug is stuck securely in place!My dog is ecstatic!!! He can now walk safely to join me at the sink, where he now lays comfortably nearby!!! No more flailing feet and legs as he skitters to a 3×5 sink rug!! 👍👍👍

Only negatives are the packaging ends were damaged with delivery but carpet ( carpet did clean up) and it took a very long time ( several days) for 2 of the corners to flatten down properly. These are the only reasons it did not get 5 stars.
